Every year, the Stanislaw Lem European Science Prize (Lem Prize) is awarded to outstanding young scientists for groundbreaking research and discoveries. The laureates include Prof Randall J. Platt (ETH Zürich), Prof Samuel Stranks (University of Cambridge), Prof Ido Kaminer (Technion) and Dr Tobias Dornheim (HZDR).

For the first event we chose the Panorama of the Battle of Racławice and the Christmas Market in the market square.
Reasons to join us?
First and foremost, it’s going to be a perfect opportunity to meet other Polish and foreign students from our university. Secondly, you’ll have a chance to see the most famous and only panoramic painting in Poland! Thirdly, we’ll visit the Christmas Market which is said to be one of the most beautiful ones in Europe. If you want to buy some gifts for your family and friends – it’s definitely a must.

Registration is required. The outing to the Chistmas Market is co-organized with the Erasmus Student Network Association.
