The prestigious “HR Excellence in Research” distinction is conferred to institutions which apply the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. Our university received this prestigious distinction in 2016. To be able to use the “HR Excellence in Research” logo for years to come, we need to implement all the provisions of the European Strategy for Researchers as they are adopted.  

Benefits to Wrocław Tech from holding the HR Excellence in Research quality mark:

• testimony to the highest European standards followed when employing researchers at Wrocław Tech,
• additional points in the parametric evaluation of academic entities,
• extra marks in international grant competitions of the European Commission, national grant competitions of the National Centre for Science and the National Centre for Research and Development, as well as competitions and science financing schemes organised by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, to name just a few such initiatives,
• increasing international visibility of our university,
• promotion of employment opportunities on the web pages of Euraxess - a European network supporting the international mobility of researchers with a membership consisting of 65,000 researchers from various countries.
