The implementation of the principles contained in the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers is a process that serves to improve the Wrocław University of Science and Technology and allow it to become a better and more friendly place to work for everyone.
This is why we have been changing our rules and regulations on an ongoing basis since 2016. We are constantly adapting them to the demanding and ever-changing requirements of the European labour market.
We have come a long way, but there is still a lot to do. Our implementation monitoring team regularly reviews the current stages of implementation of both documents and discusses and sets further steps of action to be taken in the future.
