Mental health, neuroscience and psychosomatics will be discussed by prof. Joanna Rymaszewska, a specialist in psychiatry at the Wroclaw Medical University. She is the next speaker of the Interdisciplinary Scientific Seminar.
The lecture, entitled "Mental health in the hands of neuroscience and our own", will take place on 29 March at the PWr Congress Centre (building D-20, 8 Janiszewskiego St.), starting at 11.30.
Admission is free, but pre-registration via Evenea is mandatory.
Prof. Joanna Rymaszewska is a specialist psychiatrist from the Department of Psychiatry at the Wroclaw Medical University, but also a doctor with over 26 years of practice. He conducts scientific research and implements many projects, including international ones - EU framework programs, JPND, COST, MSC Horizon 2020.
He is the chairperson of the annual national conference "Psychiatry - Interdisciplinary Dialogues", member of the board of scientific societies - European Association of Psychosomatic Medicine and INTERDEM (pan-European network of researchers on Psychosocial Interventions in Dementia).
