The ceremony at Oratorium Marianum was part of the Community Inauguration of the academic year 2016/2017.
The distinction was established this year by Mayor of Wrocław Rafał Dutkiewicz "in recognition of interdisciplinary research outstanding in serving as a model of joint work of academic and artistic milieus for the common benefit which is the city's development."
