Registration for the Falling Walls Lab 2020 competition

Registration for the next edition of the Falling Walls Lab competition for young scientists is open until September 17. During the three-minute online presentation, participants have to tell interesting stories about their research. The Wrocław stage of the competition will take place on October 2.

falling_labs.jpgFalling Walls Lab is an international forum dedicated to promoting unique ideas and connecting promising scientists and entrepreneurs from all fields at the country level around the world.

As part of the competition, participants talk about their ideas - research, initiatives or business models - having a positive impact on science and society. The event is open to talented scientists - graduate students, doctoral students and PhDs, as well as entrepreneurs, start-up creators and inventors. The three-minute speeches are assessed by a jury composed of experts from the academic and business circles.

You can apply to participate in the Wrocław stage of the competition by September 17 via the website. The performances by the jury will start on October 2 at 2 p.m. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the event has an online formula this year.The winner of the Wrocław edition will have a chance to present his idea in the global finals of the competition, which will take place in November during the Berlin Science Week.
