We officially welcomed new foreign students at our university. The ceremony, organised by the Centre for International Relations, was attended by nearly 400 people, who received the most important information related to the functioning of our university.

A total of 100 students admitted as full-time students and a further 292 under student exchange programmes from dozens of countries around the world will begin their studies at Wrocław Tech. For all of them, the Centre for International Relations has planned several days of activities and workshops at the university and in the city. The new male and female students have already taken part in a city game and learned why it is useful to have a PESEL number. They have also already integrated into smaller groups and still have tours of the campus and Wrocław ahead of them.

The highlight of the Induction Days is the meeting in building C-13, where international students were welcomed by representatives of the University's Centre for International Relations. In prepared presentations, they talked about, among other things, how to get around the campus, what to do in their free time, where to find support in difficult situations and how to join study circles and student organisations.

A total of one hundred students will begin full-time studies in Polish or English on 1 October. Most of them come from Ukraine and Belarus, as well as Turkey. The new students also include people from Argentina, Bangladesh, Ecuador, the Philippines, India, Costa Rica, Rwanda, the USA and Tanzania, among others.

In turn, 292 people came for a semester or a year - as part of student exchange programmes. Most came from France, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Italy and Turkey. We also have representatives from Kosovo, Tunisia, Japan, Mexico and Korea.
