One can already register using the enrolments system of Wrocław University of Science and Technology. Altogether, the 16 faculties offer 51 fields of study to those interested in full-time 1st cycle degree programmes

This year, candidates will be able to apply for four new programmes: Digital Security (Faculty of Electronics), Biomedical Engineering (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering), Mathematics and Statistics (Faculty of Mathematics), Automotive and Machine Construction Engineering (Faculty of Natural Sciences and Technology). Also, the name of one of the programmes has changed - Environmental Protection (Faculty of Environmental Engineering) is to be replaced with Environmental Protection Technologies.

The first admissions action ends on July 6, and the results will be announced two days later. We start the second admissions action on July 15.

New course programmes:

Digital Security (Faculty of Electronics) is a programme that guarantees education in the field of security of networks, IT and telecommunications systems, and data protection. Students receive comprehensive education in the fields of mathematics and telecommunications, in the technical, legal and organisational aspects, with emphasis on in-depth knowledge of the security of operating systems as well as computer and telecommunications networks.

Biomedical Engineering (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering) is a field of study combining the knowledge of technical and natural sciences. Its pivotal element is the application of the knowledge of engineering based on the principles of physics and mathematical methods for solving tasks pertaining to designing and use of artificial body organs and implants, exoskeletons and medical robots and manipulators.

Mathematics and Statistics (Faculty of Mathematics) is a programme providing mathematical and statistical education with an emphasis on areas such as the calculus of probability, statistics, and stochastic processes. This education background allows one to find a job in data analysis, quality control, and customer profile analysis in the banking and insurance sector as well as IT and consultancy companies, and power engineering and automotive industries.

Automotive and Machine Construction Engineering (Faculty of Natural Sciences and Technology) is a programme responding to the needs of the labour market of Lower Silesia. Over the whole course of education, the student is in touch with a chosen company, where they carry out their internship, with half the number of classes being hands-on. The tuition is delivered by specialists who have gained their experience also outside the tertiary institute.
