The recruitment has just started at AIESEC Wrocław University of Technology, that for 28 years has been uniting young people in Wrocław. The international exchange projects that we realize enable young people to promote cultural openness and support social education in the region. By taking part in our operations, young people can try themselves in activities including acquiring partnerships, negotiation, creating promotional campaigns, cooperating with media and institutions, running recruitment processes or organizing events. Participating in a project is primarily a practical lesson of soft skills, like team work in an international environment, effective communication, the ability to formulate and solve problems, which are the top skills sought by employers.

If you want to join AIESEC Wrocław University of Technology and actively act for our city, get practical knowledge and get to know other young, involved people, you have time till 8th September to fill the recruitment form at www.aiesec.pl/rekrutacja and choose in which direction you want to develop yourself and your environment. After getting a phone call with an invitation, come to an interview or participate in the on-line one to let us know you better and show us your point of view. You will be given a task to solve to show us how you tackle challenges. The last step of recruitment is a conference which will give you knowledge about your role in AIESEC and present you to the members of our Committee and the people who will work with you on one of our projects.
