Due to the war going on behind our eastern border, we want to help you continue or start studying at Wrocław University of Science and Technology or transfer to the university. We have prepared specific solutions for you concerning the organization of your studies.
As a student at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology you may apply for a partial fee exemption (up to 50%) or for the fees for studies or repeat courses to be paid in instalments. The application should be submitted to the faculty in writing or a scan should be sent electronically. The document is available here.

Please note that according to current legislation in Ukraine, men aged 18-60 are of conscription age - in this case, we cannot help.
According to the current legislation (Internal Order 110/2021), any student can apply for exemption and reduction of tuition fees up to 50% of the tuition fee.

We have launched the possibility of applying for scholarships from the funds collected during the charity auction for students and doctoral students from Ukraine. You can apply for aid in the amount of 1500 to 3000 PLN by submitting a special application in the Department of International Cooperation. The document in Polish and Ukrainian, instructions on how to do it and the regulations can be found here.

If you know East Slavic languages, you are a student, teacher or lecturer and you want to provide educational support to young people from Ukraine, we encourage you to fill in the form available on the website of the Ministry of Education and Science. Through it you can offer educational support to children and young people from Ukraine and specify the type of support.
We also recommend using a special application prepared by our students. In "EmergencyEdu", you will find, among other things, emergency phone numbers, addresses of hospitals, police stations and consulates in Wrocław, as well as advice on what to do if your documents are lost or stolen.

Leopolis Foundation for the Future is accepting applications from students for internships in companies and public organisations in Poland. The Foundation is a unique project that enables students to gain international work experience through internships in the best Polish companies.
Those interested until 15 April 2022 should choose the company where they want to have an internship on the programme's website and fill in a short questionnaire, attaching a CV and a motivation letter. The internship will start on 1 July. The host party will cover transport, accommodation, and running costs (not less than the minimum wage in the country).

In Wrocław you can get help from sign interpreters and deaf Ukrainian citizens. This is a group of interpreters from the Polish Association of the Deaf, the Katarynka Foundation and the FONIS Foundation.
They will help you contact Polish institutions and provide online sign interpreting at the information desk at the railway station and at the Dialogue Passage or the Wrocław Social Development Centre.
