Every year, the Stanislaw Lem European Science Prize (Lem Prize) is awarded to outstanding young scientists for groundbreaking research and discoveries. The laureates include Prof Randall J. Platt (ETH Zürich), Prof Samuel Stranks (University of Cambridge), Prof Ido Kaminer (Technion) and Dr Tobias Dornheim (HZDR).

We would like to invite you to the Celebration of Wrocław University of Science and Technology 2022.
Celebration programme:
10.00 - laying of flowers at the Monument to the Martyrdom of Lviv Professors (Prof. Kazimierz Idaszewski square),
10.30 - unveiling of the names of new professors (plaque in the Alley of Professors of Wrocław University of Technology),
12.00 - Celebration of the Science Celebration at the Wrocław University of Technology (main building auditorium)
- presentation of the honorary doctorate to Prof. Michel Virlogeux,
- presentation of awards and scholarships of the Rector,
- presentation of statuettes of the Lion of the Polytechnic.
By decision of Prof Arkadiusz Wójs, Rector's hours were introduced on 15 November from 11.00 to 15.00.
